Hi everyone,

Im sorry about the late notice about this but due to the impending ice storm we have decided to cancel morning workout.

Here is a workout for anyone whom wishes to train on their own:

400 warm up

12 x 50 @ 1 min Kick/Board Tap

Main Set
4 x through
3 x 150 Des 1-3 @2:00-3:00
100 Sprint Kick @ 2:00
4 x 25 7Fast Kicks then Sprint @ :45

8 x 100 Pull @1:30-2:00 smooth
