Steve Kingston Meet Follow-Up

 Steve Kingston Memorial Meet

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this past weekend's meet a success.  Despite some technical challenges the feedback from other clubs was fantastic.  Again it is these events that generate revenue for the club and help keep our fees down.  We cannot do it without the help and professionalism of all the volunteers.

If you did receive a sign off or had your officials card signed for any reason please send a scanned copy of your card to Ximena at .  It is important that we record any updates and have a backup copy of your card.

Please note that for any online clinics taken you will need to make it on your card and have it signed at the next swim meet by either Don Maclean or Brian Wilson.

We will be hosting further clinics prior to our meet in April.  Stay tuned for more details.

Until then we will see everyone again April 28-30 in Markham at our Long Course Invitational Meet.

Introduction To Swimming Offciating - Online Clinic Available

The modules are available to any official that has login details.  However, at the moment, COAs are not able to easily send login details to those that have status “invoice pending”.  Only those that have status “PSO Pending” or “Active” can receive their login details at the moment.  We have asked for this to be fixed to enable COAs to enter officials but only register them once they have completed both clinics and are listed as Level I.  We anticipate this to be fixed shortly and will send a notice once completed.
