New 13-14 Boys Team Records

Our 13-14 boys have also re-written the record book!

Joey Badilla set two new team records at the Holiday Invite.  His time of 58.55 in the 100 back is a new team record.  The old record was 59.49

His time of 2:05.35 in the 200 back is also a new team record.  The old record was 2:06.13

Jack Duryea also broke two of the longest standing team records at Winterfest.

His time of 1:05.58 in the 100 breaststroke smashes the old record of 1:07.73.  His time of 2:24.68 in the 200 breaststroke smashes the old record of 2:29.83.

Fernando Menjura set a new team record in the 50 free with a time of 22.89 at the Holiday Invite.  The old record was 22.91.

Not surprisingly, all three record breakers combined for two record breaking relay swims.

The 200 free relay team of Fernando Menjura, Joey Badilla, Colin Harrison, and Owen McCormack set a new team record with a time of 1:33.86.  The old record was 1:37.42.

The 200 medley relay team of Joey Badilla (back), Jack Duryea (breast), Fernando Menjura (fly), and Owen McCormack (free) set a new team record of 1:46.80.  The old record was 1:48.68.
