All squads and coaches except for the the swimmers going to Zones and Coach Gabe & Mike will be taking this time to refresh the mind, body & spirit which will allow us to start off our training for long course with a bang!
During the break you should still stay physically active and mentally active by doing various activities during your time off. Best things to do:
- Stay on a schedule, go to bed at a regular time and wake up at a regular time.
- Continue to eat healthy
- Take some "me" time for yourself and also do some mediation.
Swimmers competing at Zones and Coach Mike will take the following week of 4/1-4/7 off and return on 4/9.
Coach Gabe will take the week of 4/8-4/14 off returning on 4/16
