2018 UPAC Sectional/Regional Teams

UPAC is proud to announce its 2018 SCY Senior Sectional and Age Group Regional championship teams! Timelines and info files will be distributed when available.

 

Senior Sectionals will be held in Federal Way 3/15-3/18 and is a prestigious meet held every Short Course and Long Course season that features the fastest swimmers from Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Arizona. It is the first step of the USA Swimming Championship meet series that includes the Futures Championships, Winter and Summer Jr. Nationals, and culminates with US Senior Nationals/US Open and Olympic Trials.

 

This year, UPAC is bringing 13 swimmers to Senior Sectionals, with 7 swimmers qualifying individually, and 6 swimmers attending to help round out relay events. UPAC’s Sectional Qualifiers and Relay swimmers are:

The following week, 3/22-3/25, UPAC will attend Age Group Regionals. Regionals is the fastest possible Age Group meet swimmers can qualify for that is exclusive to swim teams from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Montana, Hawaii, and Wyoming. UPAC is bringing an outstanding 28 swimmers to the meet! 25 of the 28 swimmers have qualified individually, while 3 of the 28 will be attending to help round out relays.
