News Date:

Here’s what’s happening at Crimson Central:

SPEEDO SECTIONALS RECAP
SAFE SPORT EXERCISE
PARENTS CREATE A FUN GROUP

SPEEDO SECTIONALS

Crimson finished in 2nd place overall at the Eastern Zone Sectionals meet in Ithaca, NY. Phenomenal job by Sophie Butte at taking the next step to higher level swimming, great job competing in the morning and bringing it back faster at night. Tyler Knightly made excellent work taking the changes we've made since Seniors and applying them race after race past the point of exhaustion on Day 4.

SAFE SPORT

SAFE SPORT SCENARIO:

*For more information on boundaries, visit www.usaswimming.org/toolkit.  To report concerning behavior, contact Safe Sport at (719) 866-4578 or safesport@usaswimming.org

PARENTS CREATE A FUN GROUP

Parents can help facilitate the fun of Crimson by planning fun things for the kids on the team. Have a movie night for the kids and parents in your training group. Plan a trip to the Boston Aquarium for everyone your kids’ age and their parents. Plan a tailgate for the parents. Organize a Red Sox game for the team. There are a lot of ways to contribute to making this team the best experience.

Thanks,
The Crimson Central Swim Team coaching staff
