Novice Group:

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM SWIM / 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM Dryland

2 Hours of Swim Time + 2 Hours of Dryland

Pre-Age Group:

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM SWIM / 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Dryland

4 Hours of Swim Time + 4 Hours of Dryland

 

Age Group:

Monday / Wednesday /Thursday -  9AM - 10:30 AM SWIM

Tuesday - 9AM - 11AM SWIM

Monday / Wednesday / Thursday 10:30 AM- 11:30 AM Dryland

Saturdays 8 AM - 9AM Dryland / 9 AM - 10:30 AM SWIM

8 Hours of Swim Time + 4 Hours of Dryland

 
 

Senior Group & Team Elite:

 

Monday - Thursday 9AM - 11AM SWIM

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday 5PM - 6:30PM Dryland , 6:30 - 7:30PM SWIM

Saturdays 8AM - 10AM SWIM

14 Hours of Swim Time + 6 Hours of Dryland

 

Masters

Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday 6:30 PM - 7:30PM SWIM

Saturdays 8AM - 9AM SWIM
