SWIM TEAM BANQUET

The swim team banquet is open for registration!  All National and Traditional Program families are invited.  These families are invited even if the swimmer's contract ended at the end of March.

You can sign up for the banquet here.  You can also find it in the Meets & Events section on the team website.

The banquet will be Sunday, May 20, from 12:30-4:00 PM at the Hotel Clarion - The Belle, at 1612 N. DuPont Highway (US Route 13), just north of I-295.

The cost is $15 for DST swimmers and children 12 & Under; $25 for parents and other non-swimmers over 12 years old; and free for DST officials.

We have fixed an error which accidentally excluded the Senior National Yellow group.  If you are having trouble registering, please let Coach Matt know at matthewaungst@freestyles.org.

ABBY SEEGER MEMORIAL INVITATIONAL

Team Entries By Session: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

This is an OUTDOOR meet that will be run regardless of air temperature.  Swimmers should plan on bringing warm clothes in case mornings are cold, or if it rains.  Parents should bring chairs and shade/rain tents in case of less-than-ideal weather.

NBAC LONG COURSE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Friday is the deadline for National Program swimmers to sign up for the NBAC Long Course Championships, being held from Friday, June 8, to Monday, June 11.

SUMMER PROGRAM

Our Summer Program is now open for registration for swimmers not participating in the National Program.  You can register here, or you can click the big blue button on the right of the homepage of the team website.

The Summer Program is set at flat rates.  Like the Spring Conditioning or High School Prep groups, these Summer Programs can be prorated if you will be starting later or finishing sooner.

The Blue and Yellow groups are designed to provide some extra work around the NBSL and SSL swim seasons, respectively, at a low cost.  The Blue groups will swim at New Castle on Mondays and Wednesdays for people who are on an NBSL team.  The Yellow groups will swim at Pike Creek on Tuesdays and Thursdays for people who are on an SSL team.  If you would like to swim all four days a week, the Green groups, as their names imply, are a combination of the Blue and Yellow groups.

All swimmers enrolled in one of these Summer Program groups will get a free DST latex cap.

Thanks,

The Delaware Swim Team coaching staff
