Good afternoon CBFY swimmers,
On June 3rd we have an amazing opportunity for swimmers to attend a workshop with Ken Logue from the NovaCare Physical Therapy team. Ken will be discussing the importance of stretching and age appropriate exercises specifically for swimmers. Ken will also demonstrate & lead a stretching session with our swimmers. This session will be running for the Senior, Orange and Green Levels.
When: June 3, 2018 at 5:00pm
Where: Central Bucks Family YMCA Studio C&D
Why: To stress the importance of stretching and age appropriate exercises
Ken Logue, P.T., Center Manager NovaCare Doylestown
Ken received his bachelor's degree in athletic training from East Stroudsburg University and his master's degree in physical therapy from Arcadia University in 1994. He has been a NovaCare team member since 2002 and has served as center manager in Lansdale, Horsham and now Doylestown. He brings 20 plus years of clinical experience treating a broad spectrum of orthopedic dysfunctions, but has a passion and clinical focus on sports medicine and injury prevention. He has worked with injured high school and college athletes consistently for the past 15 years in the clinic, at the schools and within the community.
