GOOD LUCK AT STATES: A special congratulations to our four BAY swimmers who will be representing their high school at the State Championship meet this Friday and Saturday in Fresno.  Their times earned at Saturday’s CCS Finals earned them a spot with the 40 fastest swimmers in each event in the entire state of California! They will race on Friday with the top 16 in each event moving onto Saturday’s finals.

  • Michael Brannan- 200 Medley Relay and 100 Breast (Bellarmine)

  • Rilie Krieg- 400 Free Relay (Presentation)

  • Isabel Mohammadi-Hall- 200 and 400 Free Relay (Presentation)

  • Laura Powers- 200 Free Relay (Presentation)

FRIDAY’S RACE NIGHT: Hope you can join us for this Friday’s Race Night.  If you haven’t RSVPed and would like to attend, be sure to log into the site, click on “events” tab and choose “edit commitment” under the event you’d like to RSVP for and change response from blank to “yes”.

Those of you who have regular practices on Friday, your practice time has shifted due to the meet (and Coach Marisa being out of town at the State High School Championship.)  Please note the start or end time shift for Friday.

Race Night swimmers should arrive between 4:30-4:55pm to check in.  Warmups are at 5pm, racing starts at 5:25pm and will be done by 6:30pm with pizza and juice for all at the end of the meet.

MORGAN HILL MEET THIS WEEKEND: We’re gearing up for a sunny weekend in Morgan Hill with 40 BAY swimmers.  Details will be coming tomorrow (including events list.) In the meantime, please be sure to select a timing shift.  We’ll need you to time each day your swimmer is participating. To view shifts, go the events tab and then “job signup” beneath the meet in question.  Thank you in advance for your help!

PRIVATE LESSONS: Looking for a bit of “tutoring” for your swimmer?  Check out the “Events” tab/ “Private Lessons” link for available one-on-one lessons for your swimmer.  All lessons are coached from out of the water, are 25 minutes in length and $30/lesson billed to your BAY account.
