My name is Ryleigh Edwards, I will be the head coach for Cullman Swim Team this summer. I hope spring training is off to a great start! Most of you all know me, but some of you may not so I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm an upcoming senior at Auburn University, which is the reason I haven't been available for spring training yet. I will back on deck May 7th and I look forward to meeting you all then! During high school I worked as an assistant coach for Cullman Swim Association. I now have been coaching for Cullman Swim Team during the summer for a couple of years as an assistant coach. During my summers I also teach private stroke/technique lessons and swim lessons. In addition, I have worked as an assistant coach for Sheffield Swim Team during my time at the University of North Alabama and for Auburn Aquatics during my time at Auburn University, both of which are year-round USA swim teams. Also, since my time at Auburn, last summer I had the opportunity to work for Auburn University alongside the Auburn Swimming and Diving coaching staff as a coach and counselor at the Auburn Swim Camps. Yet, coming back during the summers to work for Cullman Swim Team is always one of my favorite things to do! As stated previously, I have been coaching for Cullman for a couple of years now as a summer assistant coach, and I'm so thrilled to have the opportunity to be the head coach this summer. Although I'm away at college right now, please feel free to contact me via phone or email with any questions or concerns. I have included both at the end of this email. Can't wait for another fun and exciting summer with the Cullman Swim Team! I am looking forward to working with you all.
