UANA 5k & 10k Open Water Sea Swims 2018

George Town, Grand Cayman – The open water swim season concluded this past weekend on Seven Mile Beach, with official UANA events shouldering the Flowers 1 Mile Sea Swim. The UANA events had athletes participating from several federations throughout the region, including:

 - Argentina

 - Brazil (unofficial)

 - Canada

 - USA

 - Cayman Islands

The UANA Open Water Sea Swims have become an annual event, taking advantage of the One Mile Flowers Sea Swim, transforming a one day event in to a three day event attracting even more international and top level swimmers from the North, South and Central Americas.

With the support of the Flowers Group, CIASA plans to expand and grow the event each year as this June weekend becomes the high point of the year for all open water swimmers.
