BRIDLEWOOD MEET SIGN-OUTS DUE TODAY
If you are a competitive swimmer who will not be participating in our first home meet against the Bridlewood Bridlewaves, we need your sign-out by TONIGHT, Sunday, June 17th. Instructions on how to sign out of a Swim Meet are HERE on the Parent tab under Sign out for a Meet. ALSO remember if you are signed up for Volunteering at this meet but will not participate, please go into the Volunteer sheet and remove yourself so another family can pick up the job.
PRINCE WILLIAM SWIM LEAGUE MEET PARTICIPATION RULE
Per PWSL rules, for a swimmer to participate in Divisionals, they must have participated in two regular Dual Meets during the season. This does NOT include Time Trials. We have 4 meets remaining, so make sure you know this rule when considering participation in upcoming meets. MINI DOLPHIN families-please work with Coach Ashley to get your swimmers in meets if they are close to graduating to the "Big Team".

PRINCE WILLIAM SWIM LEAGUE RESULTS-WEEK TWO POSTED
The PWSL puts out weekly league-wide results that include Top 15 Relays, Top 25 Times, etc. These results usually come out on Sunday afternoons and will be posted HERE on the PWSL Results page under the Meets/Visitors tab. See where swimmers stack up against other teams and get a sneak peek on the next week's competition.
We have the Family Folders (FF) put together. Every family on the team has a FF, including Mini Dolphin families. This is a spot to look for things such as ribbons, flyers, DQ slips after meets, etc. We store these under cabinets in the pavilion and someone usually gets them out during practices. Please make it a habit to check your FF once or twice a week. Some FFs have ribbons and awards from LAST YEAR still in them! If you find you are missing a Family Folder, send us an email and we will make one for you. With so many new families this year, we had to make a lot of new ones!
Now that we have had two regular dual meets, we will begin issuing achievement ribbons for time drops. These are based on times from THIS season only and do not include Time Trial times. Ribbons will be placed in Family Folders.
SWIMMER TEAM T-SHIRTS
If you STILL haven't received these for your swimmer, please check during practice. Mrs. Carroll has been working hard to get all of these in the right hands.
VOLUNTEER HOUR RECONCILIATION and REMINDERS
Now that we are through three major meet events, it is time for a reminder to Families to keep an eye on your Volunteer hours. Our Volunteer Coordinators put your hours worked in the tracking system, but it is a good practice to check on this periodically and make sure you got your credit. There is A LOT going on on meet day, and a lot of moving parts. Things get missed. If you find a discrepancy, please send an email to email@example.com, and they will work with you to make a correction. The Volunteering page HERE under the parent tab has instructions on how to look at your hours. ALSO, with so many families this year, our Volunteer coordinators may need to shift some hours and job assignments around. They will let you know if this applies to you. Please don't stress about this-we just want everyone to share the work load equally to get it done! Our Volunteer Coordinators do an amazing job keeping track of everything and helping folks looking for work. If you need ANY help with Volunteering, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
