Do you want to keep swimming? This year, we offer 3 options with an additional cost
All Swimmers welcome (RODS & NOT RODS MEMBERS)
This summer, we will offer you the opportunity to keep swimming / Learn & stay in shape.
We offer 3 options:
- Helena Meet (Train until July 24th and race at Helena 50m Outdoor pool from 27-29)
- Splash Camp: 5 weeks skills camp (start Monday, July 2nd)
- Aerobic Training: Monday to Saturday (You have to sign up each week)
Why the off-season matter?
- Use it or lose it. Maintain all your improvements this season by swimming 3 or 4 times per week.
- Prepare the next season
- Prevent injury when you will be back to the water in September after 5 weeks off.
