2018-19 SCY Registration NOW OPEN!

Our Registration for the fall short course season is now open.

As is our new protocol - we would like you to walk through the entire registration process to ensure that all of our data is correct as well as all payment information.

We will be charging an initial non-refundable registration fee of $250 for all returning members to secure your athletes spot as we are going to be quite full this fall!
Remaining balances will be charged on September 4th, 2018.
Season Fees are located HERE as well as under the ABOUT >> FEES

Registration for returning members will be open from July 7th - August 17th.
Please click on the START REGISTRATION button on the left side of the team webpage to begin the registration process.

This is registration for ONLY the age group swimming program.
Water Polo and Masters will have a separate new member registration and tryout period for new members.
Current Athletes who will NOT be continuing with Water Polo or Masters in September need to let the business office know - to avoid the automatic invoice for the fall season.

Back to swimming…

Group placements will be adjusted by the end of next week in the Team Unify system. If you have any questions relating to YOUR athlete - please let your lead coach know.

Practice Schedules will be posted as soon as all our pool contracts and schedules are finalized. Please note: We do not have Loyola Academy as a facility (boo!) because they are building a new pool (yay!) for the duration of this year. As a result, this will compromise the practice schedule from time to time and we will ask for understanding with our practice schedule as we strive to stay within our practice expectations. SCY Season Fees were not increased as a result of anticipated schedule tension - with the exception of Novice & Intro.

Tentative Meet Schedules will be posted by the end of the month, but should mimic similar schedules to 2017-2018 fall season.

Some notable changes:

Because we are adding more competition and practice options for Novice & Intro, we have raised those fees to accommodate for additional staffing and pool usage.

We have added a new program to our Senior level to accommodate for all of our various Senior athletes and their needs as they move to high school. Senior Advanced will act as an extension of Junior Advanced & Junior Performance.  Senior athletes who will benefit from a more concentrated & structured training program and have demonstrated commitment and competitive skill will placed into this group. In contrast, Senior will act as a complement to other sports  as well as provide an outlet for high school athletes looking for a more relaxed training environment.

Dryland/Strength training will be added as a component for D6 & Above. This will add some time to a few of the workouts each week as suitable for the ages of the athletes.  In future seasons, our fee structure will be adjusted to reflect that change.

If you have concerns regarding our fees for the season - please visit our Financial Assistance page and submit a form through our third-party for consideration for reduced rates.

If you are one of the awesome people who has become a meet official, your credits will be reflected in the outstanding balance charges on September 4th. Click on the OFFICIAL'S Policy to learn more...and THANK YOU!

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact either Coach Alexis directly or our Director of Operations - Blake Mock. Office number is 847-784-6399 and they are both available via email.
