Welcome to the Week at a Glance E-Bulletin that provides your one-stop-spot for all the information you need to know now, some reminders, and where to find the information you need. Please make sure you are logged on to the website when you review the information-many of the pages are visible only when you are logged on.
RIDGEWOOD MEET SIGN-OUTS DUE TODAY
If you are a competitive swimmer who will not be participating in the home meet against the Ridgewood Barracudas, we need your sign-out by TONIGHT, Sunday, July 8th. Instructions on how to sign out of a Swim Meet are HERE on the Parent tab under Sign out for a Meet. ALSO remember if you are signed up for Volunteering at this meet but will not participate, please go into the Volunteer sheet and remove yourself so another family can pick up the job.
2018 Swim-A-Lap KICKOFF: SUPPORTING CYSTIC FIBROSIS FOUNDATION
We have kicked off our 2018 Swim-a-Lap event. This year we are swimming and fundraising to make a supporting donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of one of our own Dolphin swimmers who struggles daily with this terrible disease. Click HERE to go to the fundraising page and read more about Jack and the work of the CFF, and see the event page HERE for links to the Job signups and how you can help with this event.
ONLY TWO REGULAR MEETS LEFT-YOU MUST ATTEND TWO TO SWIM AT DIVISIONALS
PWSL rules require that swimmers attend two regular Dual meets during the season, and must have a legal time from this season to swim that event in Divisionals. Coach Wendy will be reaching out to all families with swimmers who have zero or one meet attended to make sure you meet this requirement.
PRINCE WILLIAM SWIM LEAGUE RESULTS-WEEK FOUR
The PWSL puts out weekly league-wide results that include Top 15 Relays, Top 25 Times, etc. These results usually come out on Sunday afternoons and will be posted HERE on the PWSL Results page under the Meets/Visitors tab. See where swimmers stack up against other teams and get a sneak peek on the next week's competition.
VOLUNTEER HOUR RECONCILIATION and REMINDERS
If you find a discrepancy, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will work with you to make a correction. The Volunteering page HERE under the parent tab has instructions on how to look at your hours. ALSO, with so many families this year, our Volunteer coordinators may need to shift some hours and job assignments around. They will let you know if this applies to you. Please don't stress about this-we just want everyone to share the work load equally to get it done! Our Volunteer Coordinators do an amazing job keeping track of everything and helping folks looking for work. If you need ANY help with Volunteering, email email@example.com.
