PST News

This Week:

Annual Registration Open!

Register your swimmer(s) for the new season on website (click here).  Registration opened 7/1 and the deadline is 8/1 after which we'll assume that unregistered swimmers will not continue with PST and open spots will be offered to new swimmers from our 8/20 Tryout.

**If you know now that your swimmer will not be continuing with PST, we would appreciate a separate communication letting us know as soon as possible.**

Before you register, make sure you know/have read:

  • The new service hour policy. Click here to have a close look at it.

PLEASE NOTE: Each family is required to work a specific number of hours during the 2018/19 swim season (August 2018 through July 2019). Your annual requirements are based PER SWIMMER and the group your swimmer(s) is/are in. If you have more than 2 swimmers on the team you will only have to fulfill hours for the two children who are in the highest performance group(s).

  • The spreadsheet where you will find:

  • 2018/19 Calendar

  • Fall, Winter/Spring, Summer 1 and Summer 2 schedule

  • Group Assignments

  • Your swimmer(s) t-shirt size (you will be asked during registration)

All documents will be published and adjusted on our website within the next few weeks. Coach Stefan would like to encourage everyone to meet with him regarding any issues. Select your date/times to schedule a meeting.

Meet Recap:

Junior Olympics - 7/6 to 7/8:

PST had a phenomenal meet at this years’ Summer Junior Olympics in San Jose. We held our own competing against some of the best age group swimmers in the nation; making multiple finals, achieving many new personal best swims and ranking in the top 3 multiple times (Maddie, Simon and Paige). Maddie even had two surprise victories in the 800 and 1500 Free and placed 2nd overall in her age group category!

Many congratulations to Abigail, Bailey, Paige, Simon, Sophie, Kate and Maddie for their amazing swims and for making this one of PST’s best JO meets yet.
