GATORS GIVE BACK FUNDRAISER: Reminder that the deadline for this very important fundraiser is fast approaching. If you had pledges for laps counted, they will be returned to your file folders on Thursday, 7/12. All checks can be made out to the Middleton Gators and can be put in the VP Swim/Susan Pinder folder in the pool lobby (Susan's folder is in front of all of all of the swim folders).
A recap of this event:
Our biggest fundraiser of the season is now open online, and can be accessed on our website homepage, click on the swimathon bar above the photos. This event will benefit the Second Harvest Food Drive ($5,000), and the remaining funds to be distributed accordingly to the Gator Scholarship Fund and the Gator Equipment Fund. Our fundraising goal this year is $8,000. Trophies will be awarded to the 3 top dollar performers on the Swim Team and the top dollar performer on the Dive Team. The top performing age group will all receive medals. The fundraiser will run through July 15th.
GIFT BASKET FOR "ALL-CITY": Monona Swim Team has decided to do a gift basket raffle for All City. This is where we need your help. They will sell tickets during All City and the monies raised from our basket will count towards our team’s donation to Second Harvest. Our theme is “Over 21 and Fun!” Parents, you work hard during the season so we want our basket to be all about you. In addition, we would love to focus on our own Middleton businesses. Some suggestions; Wine from Barriques, Beer from Capital Brewery, how about dinner for two at Longtable, gift card from Grape Water, the awesome workout facilities in our community, so many wonderful options. Courtney Madigan will be collecting these items at our last home meet on July 21. We are a big team let’s send them a BIG BASKET! Please contact Courtney Madigan with any questions, firstname.lastname@example.org.
