AC Updates & Golf Cart Clarification

Hello Monona parents/swimmers!

What an amazing two days we've had so far hosting All City 2018! The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and that is thanks to all of you who have helped and continue to help make this amazing event happen. For that, the leadership team is extremely grateful. THANK YOU!

We have a couple of updates for everyone. First, we need your help to clarify the acceptable use of the golf carts with your swimmers. These rules are not to squash the fun; rather they are to ensure the safety of all as well as for us to have fidelity with our event insurance policy.

~Drivers of the golf carts must be at least 21 years old.

~Golf cart riders who are children must be with an adult.

~Golf carts will not run unless everyone is seated.

~Priority is given for golf cart rides to those who are elderly or need special assistance.

~Parked golf carts are not safe to climb on.

Second, tomorrow afternoon we still have several volunteer positions available! If you are able to help in ANY capacity, go to Volunteer Check-In  (in the skate park area) and you will be given an assignment.

Last, while the swim meet portion of this awesome event is over as of tomorrow evening, there is still a tremendous amount of work to be done! We need your help to make the take down and clean up of the event go quickly and efficiently, and we begin at 7:00pm tomorrow! Many hands make light work! Come on down to help out--we'll have  pizza, beer for the grown ups and rootbeer for the kids!

Enjoy this fine evening, and we'll see you on deck tomorrow!
