Thoughts on the Fall Meet: We had a great meet with many swimmers earning personal best times! A lot of our swimmers also improved from just the last meet and made changes in practice that lead to legal strokes! Coaches are proud of you! In the morning session we have A LOT of nervous swimmers and parents, remember, it is supposed to be fun!! If you are doing what you are supposed to in practice and listening to your coaches- you are prepared for the meet! This is why your coaches go over swimming the strokes and turns correctly day in and day out! In the afternoon session the older swimmers did an awesome job cheering for each other and pushing each other in races! It was fun to see a lot of the top races go to VSC! Keep up the hard work! We have another hard week this week but it will pay off dividends if you keep coming to practice!

Swimmers of the Meet:

Jai Turner-Kemper: Red II- Jai did exceptionally well at the swim meet. She had best times the entire meet and she even won her races. She worked hard in practice and it paid off as she was able to maintain a great stroke technique and have some serious speed.  WE also noticed Jai's contagious smile and laughter behind the blocks. She was focused and still had a great time at the meet. Coach Hannah is beyond proud of Jai and all of the hardwork that she has put in since the start of season. Keep up the good work, Jai!! We are all so proud of you!!

Adrian Lelito: Silver- Adrian had an outstanding meet. He has worked hard in practice to fine tune his strokes and it has really shown. He had wicked fast swims Saturday and when he wasnt in the water, he did a great job in cheering on his teammates. Adrian has brought a positive energy to our team that we are all so lucky to be around. Keep up the fast swimming, hardwork and positive attitude, Adrian!! We are so proud of you!
