Amazing weekend for all at the December UVAC swim meet!

PVA wrapped up another awesome meet at the Upper Valley Aquatics Center in White River Junction, Vermont this weekend. Competing at the meet we had Jordan Bradford, Grace Burhans, Sunny Cart, Courtland Cart, Lydia Gaudreau, Isy Goh, Julia Goh, Molly Harper, Julia Holmgren, Mia Holmgren, Sophia Holmgren, Krishiv Malhotra, Harper Stevenson, Samantha Stevenson, and Asa Stone. Everyone swam extremely well and showed great improvements in technique and times this weekend! It is always awesome to see the positive energy that arises when our team is together on deck.

Wrapping up her short course season with PVA, Julia Goh had an outstanding meet and swam to 6 best times in 7 of her races! Dropping 17.62 seconds in her 200 yard breaststroke, Julia swam to a best time of 2:55.80. She also dropped over 4 seconds in her 100IM as well as her 100 yard breaststroke. Julia will be leaving at the end of this month for Singapore with her family. She will attend school at Chatsworth International for the remainder of the season and will be swimming for their swim team while she is abroad. Good luck Julia!

Even though it is early in the competitive season, some of our senior athletes are crossing large goals off their lists! Samantha Stevenson and Asa Stone qualified in several events to swim in the New England Senior Championship meet later this month. They will join Cole Kuster to compete at Brown University the weekend of December 14th. Congrats to you all!

It was a great weekend for PVA! Thank you to all parents as you continue to support your swimmers!
