Friday practice changes:
The pool still will not be ready for practice tonight so here is what we will do.
All practices will be at Episcopal High School.
Age Group - 7:00-8:00pm
Ad.Age - 7:00-8:15pm
Junior - 7:00-8:45pm
Senior - 6:30-8:45pm
Senior Group - we will start with dynamic and stretching so bring shoes and warm clothes. If there isn’t an event going on we will meet at the track, if there is we will meet at the pool bleachers.
