We've rolled out two new gym personal-
training programs. Both are open now & will continue throughout the summer. [You are correct: League bylaws dictate that Feb be a dry month, thus the "dry"land.] For ages 12 & Up, Fitness Interval Training [FIT] focuses on Strength & Conditioning. These indoor classes are offered Mon & Thurs at a nominal cost. [Please see the button above.] The second, Core & Flexibility, is open to all registered Stingrays and included within this year's decreased team fees. Both of these are overseen by the club's Certified Personal Trainers and Coaches Jeff & Christie.
For this dryland & then in-the-water practices, under the Schedules tab you'll find Jan & Feb's Core & Flexibility, March Clinics & Spring Practices. Levels, days & times are included.
