January 23, 2019
Like years before, the 2019 Round Robin Invite was an action-packed weekend of racing. Filled with many new cuts and best times, our THSC swimmers did a great job of competing from Round 1. We did such a great job racing that we had 88 swimmers in Monday’s final session. Moreover, it was obvious that we had fun competing and cheering throughout the weekend. This past weekend demonstrated the power of being part of a team and how a supportive team can truly help us achieve things never done before.
Congratulations to Naima Atay for her first ever team record in the 8&U 100 Free! She is currently ranked 8th in the country!
With that being said, we couldn’t have done it without the support of the parents who volunteered their time to ensure our success at this meet. There were several parents who spent countless hours preparing for this meet and many who barely left the pool all weekend. A big THANKS to everyone who worked the meet.
