We have released performance improvements to the OnDeck app that will require users to update to the latest version(6.35.25), if they have not already.
If you or your families are not able to log into the OnDeck please make sure they are on the most recent version, which is 6.35.25. You can check by going to the App Store and searching for OnDeck. By clicking here you can go directly to the app store.
In rare occasions if a users is on version 6.35.25 and they still can not log in please delete the app and reinstall it. This will resolve the issue.
