Splash Club STATE Shirts 2019 - ORDERS DUE Sat

Swimmers, Family and Fans! Show your
support for your swimmer and Splash Club! Orders are due by
Saturday Feb 9. Here's some important information: 1. Fill out the form below. The deadline to order is SATURDAY FEB 9 so make sure to order now. We will not be placing an order for any additional shirts after this sale. Shirts are approximately $15 (2XL & 3XL are $3 extra). Your order will be billed to your Splash Club account. 2. Shirts are Comfort Colors brand, 100% cotton. They generally don't shrink much and run true to size. Make sure to wash with like-colors for the first couple of washes since these are pigment dyed shirts.. 3. Once you've placed your order using this online form, you will see a Google Forms confirmation window that your order has been received. You will also receive a separate confirmation e-mail that itemizes what you ordered. 4. To avoid duplicate orders, please make sure to check that your spouse or swimmer hasn't already placed an order. You will be responsible for the cost of any duplicate orders.
