William Todebush achieved the highest rank in scouting, the Eagle Scout rank. His Eagle Court of Honor was held on January 10 th , 2019. To become an Eagle, a scout must fulfill specific requirements in the areas of leadership, service, outdoor skills and earn a minimum of 21 merit badges. About 6% of scouts achieve the eagle rank. For his Eagle Project, William led his troop to refurbish a trail in Mill Valley which included building 23 steps to provide the community with a safe path. William’s troop spent over 175 volunteer hours on the project including 54 hours from William alone.
