3.) Long Course Season: Practices will begin for long course season on April 8th. If your swimmer will be moving groups, you will receive an email after spring break with information about your new group.

4.) Current 8th Grade Swimmers: ALL CURRENT 8th grade swimmers will begin practicing with the Senior team starting April 8th. If this pertains to your swimmer, please send me an email at agcoach@cgacswim.org with their name and which middle school they attend, as I will be putting together a mailing list and want to make sure all current 8th grade swimmers are included.

Have a GREAT break!

Volunteer Credits: Please log into your accounts and check volunteer credits by Friday. A list of those with unfulfilled credits will be sent to Billing this Friday. Please contact Holly Argiris at meetcoordinator@cgacswim.org with any questions.

Billing:  All short course swimmers are automatically enrolled for long course season.  Please email billing@cgacswim.org if your swimmer is NOT planning to swim long course.

Long Course New Swimmer Evaluations: Spread the word to friends and family that new swimmer evaluations will take place Wednesday April 3 and Thursday April 4 from 5:30-7:00 pm at CGHS.  Returning swimmers do not have to be evaluated.

Rock the Block: Although CGAC is now qualified to compete for grant money (thank you to those that signed up), we STILL need your support by signing up to walk/run the 5K/10K/Kids Run on April 27th at 8:30 am at CGHS.  Register now at www.RockTheBlockRun.org for Early Registration pricing.  Don’t forget to select Center Grove Aquatic Club as the charity you are supporting!  The more people we have sign-up, the more likely our club will win BIG money!!!  The top 3 non-profit groups with the most participants win grant money.  Let’s do this CGAC!!!

Speedo Sectional Timers: Don’t forget that we are supplying timers for the Speedo Sectional Meet on Sunday, March 31st.  There are several CGAC swimmers that are competing in this meet.  We need 16 timers for prelim (8:30 arrival) and 16 timers for finals (4:00 arrival).  Signups are now open on our website to see if we can get enough people signed up before we make the commitment.  Please contact Holly meetcoordinator@cgacswim.org with questions.
