DON’T FORGET TO BRING:

  1. Team Cap
  2. Couple pair of goggles, practice suits, towels, etc….
  3. Tech suit
  4. Shaving gear (13&UP)
  5. Good attitude!

 

Parking: onsite, paid parking is available.

 

HEAT SHEETS = will not be sold at the meet.  There was a $6.00 fee calculated into your meet fees for an "electronic" heat sheet.  We have posted the heat sheets on the event page for you to pull up or print off and take to the meet.

 

MEET FORMAT:

  • 11-12, 13-14 Prelims/Finals
  • 10&U Timed Finals
  • Prelims will be run with all ODD HEATS in POOL A (by the diving well)………..and all EVEN HEATS in POOL B (under the scoreboard).
  • TOP 20 will make it back to finals.
  • The following 11-12 events will be timed finals with the Top 10 going straight to finals: 200 Back, 200 Breast and 200 Fly.

 

PRELIMS SESSION = will be swum in two different pools.  All ODD Heats will swim on one end and the EVEN Heats will swim in the other pool.  

 

10&U SESSION = will be swum in 1xpool.  The competition pool.  

 

PRACTICE NEXT WEEK = If you are going to PALM STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS, you need 1-2 days off between Age-Groups Sect’ls and your first practice.  If you are not competing in Spartanburg then you are off Monday-Wednesday.  The only days you swim are Thursday & Friday.
