Senior group: Regular High School Schedule Resumes. Update: Sr2 & Sr 3 PM's: 4:50-6:20 Mon-Thurs (dryland Mon & Wed: 4:15-4:45). Regular AM's. Saturday AM: none @ PLS meet.

Junior group:   Regular schedule workout schedule resumes Monday, April 8th. Monday: no meeting or dryland.  Monday and Tuesday All Jr groups: 6:25-7:45.  Regular dryland on Wednesday. Reminder: Friday PM workout is 5:30-7:00 . Saturday AM: 8:15-10:00 (dryland 10:00-10:30).

Far Western Swimmers: Monday & Tuesday is optional.


Far Westerns:   Congratulations to the swimmers that attended SC Far Westerns. The group posted many top times and top relay finishes (3rd in both the 13-14 girls and boys 200 Medley and 4th in both the 13-14 girls and boys Free Relay; including two new FW times in the 50 Free for lead-off swimmers: Natalie Aiken and Harley Venable). High School Swimming & USA Meets: PLS Long Course Meet, April 13. If you are attending this meet, be sure you are listed at unattached when you arrive to the meet. If not, then be sure to change your status to unattached at the meet. This should be the last USA meet during the high school season.

Swim Meet Policy: The coaching staff works to put together a meet schedule that provides a balance of racing opportunities along with well needed periods of training between competitions for each group.  Team policy is swimmers follow the meet schedule for their group, with coaches in attendance.
