All squads and coaches will be taking this time to refresh the mind, body & spirit which will allow us to start off our training for long course with a bang!
During the break you should still stay physically active and mentally active by doing various activities during your time off. Best things to do:
- Stay on a schedule, go to bed at a regular time and wake up at a regular time.
- Continue to eat healthy
- Take some "me" time for yourself and also do some mediation.
