Parents & Swimmers: Are you ready to kick off the Long Course season??!!! Well we have a way for everyone to get excited about the start of our season...our Abs for April Team Challenge!!! We want everyone on board for this fun & challenging way to start our season!

- Attend a minimum of 3 practices a week (pay attention to your Practice Group Attendance %)
- Set 3 daily goals for April (see the printable PDF)
- Check our Private Team Facebook group for the daily abs challenges. They will be updated each week on April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. They will also be sent via email.
- Complete the daily abs workout
