Congratulations to our April Swimmers of the Month!
Johann R. - Johann moved up to Senior Dev in March and has been killing it ever since. He’s done a fantastic job challenging himself on every set we throw at him! He also raced his first 400 IM in April goggle-less due to a goggle malfunction. Nothing can stop him! We’re excited to watch Johann’s swimming future unfold.
Heather A. - Heather had a busy month racing in her first ever Canadian Senior National Trials as well as Eastern Canadian Champs. This past month Heather impressed us with her maturity in debriefing from meets where the results weren’t what she wanted and resetting her goals & continuing to stay focused in the day to day grind. 334 days until the 2020 Olympic Trials!!
Marina M. - Marina has been battling through an injury for most of
the year but she always comes to keep on working on her kicking and
the hard work has finally pay off. She is finally been cleared to
swim again which is definitely a step in the right
Keep up the good work Marina!

Cant wait to see what he can do!
Emmanuel N. Congratulations to Emmanuel for a great month! He
always listens and challenges himself to the fastest
Ahmed H. Congrats to Ahmed for being Richards Junior of the month. Ahmed is quiet and diligent and willing to put his best effort down. Keep up the good work Ahmed!
Alyssa has easily earned her spot for Swimmer of the month for April as she has rapidly and greatly improved her skills and form in the 4 competitive strokes. Alyssa has taken everything that the coaches have given and has clearly made it her goal to perfect all those skills. It has been a pleasure to watch such rapid development of skills. Awesome job Alyssa. Keep up the great work
Congratulations to Myles for also achieving the April swimmer of the month. In the short time that Myles has been in our Novice group he has shown a great attitude toward his training and happily follows all instructions with positivity and a big smile. This has translated to a development of solid skills and we look forward to seeing more of this great approach to training. Great work Myles! Keep working hard and keep that great attitude
