Secretary Report – Matt made a motion to approve the minutes with a second from Aggi.

Try Us Out Camp Update – The camp went well.  The club gained three new swimmers from it.  It will be beneficial to have another camp in the fall.

Swimming Safe Sport – No Update

Home Meet – The meet will be June 28th-29th.  We need a meet referee.  Travis is getting some names to Eric.  We are thinking of having a Friday evening session and two sessions on Saturday.  There would not be a session on Sunday.  Eric will need to talk to coaches, etc to figure out an event schedule.  Eric will look at our award stash.

Swim-a-Thon – Prizes will be given out at the banquet.  Sara will send Amy an email to blast out to club members with the results.

ISI Bid Meeting – Our 2020 home meet is on the schedule for June 26th-28th

ISI House of Delegates – It was decided that it is not worth the money to send someone to the meeting.

Banquet/Pool Party/Campout – The campout is tentatively scheduled for Saturday night of the home swim meet.  The banquet and annual meeting will be in August sometime.

Summer Fundraisers – Our next Culver’s fundraising day will be June 18th.  Brian talked to Todd at Hy-Vee in regards to a round-up day.  They don’t want to do anymore at this time.

Matt is going to price underwater cameras.  Jon made a motion to approve up to $500 for the camera with a second from Yvonne.

Next Board Meeting – The next meeting will be held on May 20th at 6:00 at the YMCA.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:23 with a  motion from Matt and a second from Jon.

Respectfully Submitted,
