What: Summer diving program designed for divers 12 years of age and up and High School divers.  The program will include: stretching/flexibility basics, strength development activities, and drills for the forward and backward takeoffs. Divers will learn basic to advanced springboard diving mechanics.  Participants will begin performing the very basic dives and progress to the more complex dives. 

When:  Begins Monday, June 3, 2019 and ends on Thursday, August 8, 2019                                                      

Days and Times:  Mondays & Thursdays 5:30 to 7:00 pm. 

Session fees:   June 3- July 3 (Session 1)        July 8-August 8 (Session 2)    

  • $100.00 Club dues      
  • $ 25.00 Trampoline fee
  • $ 25.00 Lifeguard fee

What: Summer diving program designed for divers 11 years of age and younger.  The program will include: stretching/flexibility basics, strength development activities, and drills for the forward and backward takeoffs. Divers will learn basic to advanced springboard diving mechanics.  Participants will begin performing the very basic dives and progress to the more complex dives. 

When:  Begins Monday, June 3, 2019 and ends on Thursday, August 8, 2019

Days and Times:  Mondays & Thursdays 6:45 to 7:30 pm. 

Session fees:   June 3- July 3 (Session 1)      July 8-August 8 (Session 2)             

  • $75.00 Club dues
  • $25.00 Lifeguard fee

 Lifeguard Fee:   $25.00 fee from each diver per month payable to John Ricci - covers the costs of the lifeguards. Due at first practice of each session.   

Required Insurance:  2018-19 AAU membership.  If you participated this Winter your membership is good until 08/31/19.  If not, please complete the attached registration form and forward to John Ricci with a check for $15.  This fee covers the cost of your AAU membership for and insurance.   You will not be allowed to practice until this fee is paid


Summer 19 Trampoline Sessions for Divers 

What:     Dry-land diving instruction sessions feature development of basic trampoline skills; drills on trampoline, use of tumble track; spotting in a tumbling or twisting belt. 

Where:  Sessions held at Paramount Sports Complex, Flightpath Industrial Park, 21 Landings Drive, Annville, PA 17003.http://www.paramountsportscomplex.com/

When: Wednesday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm. 

Participation Fee:  The session fee is $25.00 (whether you come to 1 or all sessions).  Payment is expected on the first evening you attend.   Checks should be made payable to John Ricci.   

Insurance Fee:  All participants must be registered with the AAU.  AAU membership runs from 9/1/18 - 8/31/2019.  The insurance fee is $15.00 per participant.  Checks made out to John Ricci who will enroll you online in the AAU

Who Can Participate:  The sessions are primarily for divers 12 years of age and up.

Facilities:  Paramount Sports Complex features 4 trampolines, a spotting system with tumbling and twisting belts.
