Quote for the week:
"You have to fight through the bad days in order to earn the best days."
Entries are now complete for the Summer Splash. Please go online to check the events your athletes have been assigned. If you have questions or concerns, please talk to your athlete’s coach. Often times coaches will choose to challenge athletes in ways you may not. We do have the ability to change events, if need be.
*SCHEDULE CHANGES*: Morning sessions for the Summer Steam will be 1 hour later than originally planned. Warmups will begin at 8am and Meet Start at 9am both Saturday and Sunday.
Job Signups for Summer Steam.
Job signups to work the meet are now live!! ALL swim families will be expected to help work 4 shifts for this swim meet. If you are interested in working extra shifts (or have a teenager that needs a job with some purpose 😊), please contact Volunteer Coordinator, Ken Coleman (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We currently have 42 empty jobs, not including officials. At thi point, those accounts not signed up will be charged, up to $400 for not working.
Making Waves Orders
Our orders from Making Waves have arrived at the pool. We will try to distribute those items as soon as possible. Some team suits have been delivered, as well as personalized caps. Some suits are not yet in, and are expected when Making Waves comes for the weekend.
Summer Swim Lessons
We are offering multiple sets of summer lessons this summer. While your athletes will not need them, if friends, neighbors or co-workers ask, you can share these options with them. Registration for all sessions is now open on the website.

Holiday World and Splashing Safari Torpedo Tuesday
We have over 90 people going. It will be a great day. We have ordered our ticket, so if you want to get tickets now you will have to do so on your own.
Summer League Meet
We have been approached, once again, by the Greene County Stingrays to join them, and the Marshall ummer team as well, for a one night meet. Because of competition, we usually limit this meet to athletes in Orange, Blue and Bronze (and their siblings). The tentative date is Tuesday, June 28th. Warmups will be about 6:00pm, and the meet will probably be over about 8:30pm.
This meet will be relatively short, outdoors, and a great chance to race for some of our younger athletes. Please watch for more details. Kids always have fun at this meet.
This week, the treasurer will be in the classroom with decals. Next week she will have some help and we will be selling vintage THT t-shirts, THT socks, and THT Tervis tumblers .
