Rainbow Invite Results

Congratulations to all our swimmers for a fast weekend at the 10th Annual Rainbow Invitational last weekend! Thank you to our 44 parents who volunteered to be timers and to our two families who took the tents to and from the meet!!

We had five high point winners, two first time zones qualifiers, one first time senior sectionals qualifier, one first time states qualifier, and a ton of best times across the board!

The biggest percentage time improvements for each age group include:

9 year old, Amari Chang, improved her 50 Free time by 9% by dropping 4 seconds with a final time of 40.10.

10 year old, Summer Thomas, improved her 50 Fly time by 10% by dropping 4 seconds with a final time of 38.02. Also, congratulations to Summer for qualifying for zones for the first time in the 50 breast, 50 free, & 100 breast!

And congratulations to Gabriel Stefanov for qualifying for states for the first time by dropping 17 seconds in the 200 free!

11 year old, Charli Nakagawa, improved her 100 Fly time by 16% by dropping 18 seconds with a final time of 1:38.18.

12 year old, Kimie Ginoza, improved her 50 Free time by 47% by dropping 31 seconds with a final time of 35.51!

Also, congratulations to Tea Brandon for qualifying for zones for the first time in the 50 Fly!

13 year old, Belise Swartwood, improved her 200 Back by 14% by dropping 25 seconds with a final time of 2:38.40. Also, congratulations to Belise for swimming her first senior sectionals time in the 100 Breast!

14 year old, Stone Miller, improved his 200 Breast by 10% by dropping 22 seconds with a final time of 3:10.22.

15 year old, Blaise Swartwood, improved his 200 Back by 7% by dropping 12 seconds with a final time of 2:35.31. Also, congratulations to Blaise for swimming his first senior sectionals time in the 100 Breast!

15 year old, Caden Lombard, improved his 200 Free time by 10% by dropping 15 seconds with a final time of 2:10.94.

18 year old, Corbin Lofton, improved his 200 Breast by 7% by dropping 13 seconds with a final time of 3:00.59.

18 year old, Maluhia San Luis, improved her 100 Back by 5% by dropping 4 seconds with a final time of 1:18.34.

Individual high point winners were Brahman David (10), Belise Swartwood (13), Joey Misaildis (14), Mari Yasumi (Open), and Michael Petrides (Open). Congrats, everyone! Thanks for an awesome meet!
