POSITIVE CHECK-IN STATE MEETS:
On-line positive check-in is available for Senior State distance and relay events, and Age Group State distance events. Usage of the system is for the coaches’ convenience and is not mandatory. The Clerk of Course and Administrative team will handle positive check-in, declarations and scratches at the meet
Per HOD passed legislation, relays at Age Group State no longer require positive check-in to be seeded. However, declaration of prelim swims and scratches for relays may take place through the online positive check-in.

On-line positive check-in closes 8 pm the night prior to the meet.

REMINDERS:

Senior State
Bonus events are no longer available for any event exceeding 200M/Y (page 2/5)

Divisionals

Under the ELIGIBILITY section – (page 5)
  • Swimmers must be entered with their fastest time achieved during the qualifying period
  • Swimmers submitted times may not be faster than a provable time.
  • Swimmers who are qualified for and eligible to compete in a specific STROKE & DISTANCE (either in yards or meters) at the Indiana Swimming Age Group or Senior State Meets are not allowed to enter that SAME STROKE & DISTANCE in this meet .  If an athlete participated in an event at the state meet in LCM or SCY, they may not participate in that event at Divisionals; except senior athletes who did not qualify for the LCM state meet due to the faster summer SCY/SCM qualifying times.

Under the ENTRY section – (page 5)
Prior to running an eligibility report or entering athletes in Team Manager/Unify the boxes in Meet set-up/Eligibility rules “enforce qualifying times” and “swimmer must meet slower than Q time in all courses,” must be checked. NT is only permitted for relays.
