Dear Members of RAC
It is with a heavy heart that I deliver this message. I have accepted the position of Head Age Group Coach with the Berkeley Aquatic Club, based out of New Providence NJ, for the 2019-2020 season and beyond. I am grateful for my time served for RAC and very grateful for the people I meet along the way.
To the coaching staff ~ Thank you for all the countless hours spent on deck with the athletes. You have all taught me more than I could have ever imagined. I will take everything I have learned from you all with me throughout my own life.
To the Parents ~ I want to thank you for your unwavering support for not only your children, but for the team and the coaching staff. Without strong, confident and selfless parents like you, RAC wouldn't be half of what it is today. From the smallest acts of kindness, to the largest sacrifices to make sure the swimmers have the best opportunities to achieve their dreams, have not gone unnoticed. Please continue to show the unyielding love, encouragement and selfless acts as you continue on the journey of swimming.
To the swimmers ~ For four years, I have had the honor and privilege to be called your coach. I have watched you grow, mature, achieve dreams, realize new potential and defy odds that once seemed impossible. Throughout this process, whether you were aware of it or not, you all taught me how to be a better coach and better person. I wish upon all of you to continue this growth and enjoyment of the athletic process, with the tenacity and determination I see on a daily basis.
I will never forget my time served here at RAC. It has left a hugely positive impact upon my life forever. I understand that this news is very sudden, and you may have questions regarding the future. Please, do not hesitate to email me with any questions or concerns.
