Stroke Clinic
Our annual Stroke Clinic starts M8/12. Coming off two weeks out of the pool, your swimmers should be in a good place (out of the shape, having to re-acclimate to the water, etc) for drills and skills time. This sets up our stroke work for the entire year- so it is a very important, even though practices will be on the easier side (physically). The Stroke Clinic is time of the season to decide what sort of "race car" your swimmer wants to be- better technique is critical for faster swimming.
If you have a neighbor, friend or family member ready to give us a try… please pass along the attached flyer.
SE Meet Information
Warm-ups Thursday afternoon 3:30-4:45pm; meet starts at 5pm. More information will be sent as we get it from the meet host.
