Attached are the swimming and S&C work-outs that we promised. Please remember the swimming should be done in consecutive order. Do not think of them as monday, tuesday etc. They are workout #1, then #2 etc. even if you miss a day do not skip around.
Have a fun break! We look forward to seeing everybody back ready to swim on August 19 in the afternoon.
