It's Time to Update/Verify your TeamUnify Account!

 Update Account and Member Information

Each family has an Account which consists of multiple Members from the same family. (I.E. A parent is the main Account holder, and the athlete(s) is a Member on the main account.)  In order to update information for each member, please follow these instructions:

**If you do not have an account or login information, please contact your coach.**

  1. Login to your family account.

  2. On the left side of the screen click on “My Account”.

  1. You should see your Family account information.  Make sure your login Email, other email addresses, home address, and phone numbers are accurate and verified. Verify Email address(es) by clicking on the yellow “unverified” button. Once the email is verified, that member will be able to receive emails from the coaches and admins.

  2. Continue on to complete Contacts and Medical Information.

 Please SAVE your information in the top or bottom right corner.

  1. Next, click on the Members tab under your name. You will see any other family members attached to your account listed in separate tabs. Account holders do not need to enter their email address on the Member tab(s). Members will automatically receive a copy.  (If you need to add a member, contact the Web Admin to add it for you.)  Please update all fields with the required * symbol. Verify Email address(es) by clicking on the yellow “unverified” button. Once the email is verified, that member will be able to receive emails from the coaches and admins. 

  2. Continue on to complete Medical Information.
