We will be doing a mindfulness challenge next week! There will be three winners for the challenge and all they have to do is a mindfulness practice every day for 10 minutes. They can split that up and do 5 and 5 or whatever combination works. I will also allow them to use meditation apps if that is easier for them!

You can also find some visualization/mindfulness practices on YouTube for free, but some of them may be not super teen friendly!! I would recommend checking these out before you have your daughter use one.
I have included the guidelines and the form for documenting their minutes each day.
