Welcome to the first week of practice and my first of many Sunday evening e-mails.  FYI, all these emails will also be posted on the "News" section of the website's home screen if you need to refer back to it.

  • We are still actively looking for a diving coach for both our HS and our NPAC swim programs.  If you know of anyone who is quailifed and might be interested, please let us know!!
  • Practice times for the week are listed on the calendar (as well as on the practice times tab at the top of the home page).
    • Please make a note of the different times for 9 & UP SAL and ALL US on Wednesdays and Fridays!
  • There will be NO SAL practice this Thursday due to the Home HS Water Polo Matches against Upper Dublin.  US will practice normal time.
