Every athlete wants to get better but how we get better is not always obvious. Coming to practice, listening to lessons, trying hard are all important of course, but the real key is in developing GRIT. Throughout the season we will have team meetings and activities focused on teaching our swimmers what it means to have GRIT, why it is important, and how it can be developed.
