Week 11 of 2019-2020 Short Course Season

Couple important notes

  1. TEAM SPIRIT nights coming up! DO NOT FORGET TO PUT ON YOUR CALENDARS! 
    Moe's Thursday, October 24th (6:30pm - 8:00pm)
  2. November 2nd is PANCAKE BREAKFAST! We will have combined practice this saturday and feed the athletes after.
  3. Register for the Savannah Freestyle Freenzy Meet - A fun and exciting FREESTYLE ONLY meet that ranges from 25's to the Mile. A great one day meet to face your fears of the long stuff or get a PB in a freestyle event.
  4. Know your swimmers     STATE , SECTIONALS , and     NATIONAL MOTIVATIONAL TIMES by Clicking here!
  5. On Deck App: If you have not done so already, please download the "on Deck App" on your smartphone and follow the step-by-step instructions to register your phone and e-mail (for free) with the teams account to get push e-mails and texts from the coaches. You'll get information at the moments notice that we do, like pool closure and quick updates.

Senior Group

Monday - Friday  6:00am to 8:00am 

Tuesday  - Thursday  5:45pm to 6:30pm Dry Land (Coach John)

Saturday  - 7:00 to 9:00am 

 

Advanced Age Group

Monday - Friday  4:30pm to 5:45am 

Tuesday  - Thursday  5:45pm to 6:30pm Dry Land (Coach John)

Saturday  - 7:00 to 9:00am

 

Age Group 1

Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - 5:30pm to 6:15pm

Wednesday - No Practice

Friday - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Saturday  - 9:00am to 10:00am 

 

Age Group 2

Monday - Thursday  - 6:15pm to 7:15pm

Wednesday - Combined Practice 4:30 to 5:45 with Advance Age Group

Saturday  - 9:00 to 10:00am
