OHYA Brings the Heat to Mason

OHYA Brings The Heat to Mason

OHYA swimmers brought some heat to the frigid waters at the RAYS Mason Fall Invitational. Our swimmers continue to improve, drop time, and achieve personal best times… and it is still early in the season!

Congratulations to OWEN PELZER for breaking the 15&O Boys 100 Back record, swimming a FUTURES time of 51.75, and also for setting a new record in the 15&O Boys 100 Fly (51.43).

Congratulations to JETT SLOAN for achieving a new ZONE cut and breaking the team record in the 9&10 Boys 50 back with a time of 32.84.

Congratulations to MADDIE HOLTHAUS for setting a new team record in the 8&U Girls 50 Breast (49.66).

The 15&O Boys 200 Medley Relay team (Owen Pelzer, Brian Ridner, Cade Grimmett, Gavin Schulze) set a new team record of 1.41.30.

Congratulations to Louie Melillo for setting a new meet record in the 8&U Boys 25 Free (15.66).

And a final congratulations to the 8&U Boys 100 Medley Relay team (Owen Corson, Alexander McPherson, Louie Melillo, Joey Lasita) for not only breaking the team record, but also setting a new meet record with a time of 1.16.72.
