Teaching Tuesday: Healthy Desserts

While training at a high volume, swome swimmers may want to reward themselves with a treat (I mean who doesn't like treats right??) for all of their hard work - and it is well deserved! Here are some easy and satisfying recipes for healthy desserts for athletes who may want to keep it on the healthier side of things, from 12 Minute Athlete:
