I am working on the final Holiday Schedule. I plan to hold practice over the HOliday Break, but it will be a slightly different schedule. Awaiting from the director of our location to sign off and I will send it out. I hope to have that back later on this week.

As we discussed last night with most of our swimmers. We are starting a new phase of our season this week. You will notice that the distances are getting longer. We are doing more kick sets. We are working with less rest. As parents, you will find that the kids are even more hungry and tired afterwards.... this is what we want!

The work that we do at this point in the season will directly translate to how they will swim at our bigger meets in Febuary and March. If they do not work hard right now, they will not taper well in Febuary and March. While I understand how busy this time of year is, please try to make it to as many practices as you can.

At the moment, we are still not charging for dryland. That may change... but right now, I want as many kids as possible participating in the dryland practices on Wednesday and Friday. They are in the room behind the front desk and I look forward to seeing you then!

On the 15th, we will are planning a bit of a special practice. More information to come, but I hope that the majority can make it. We will have some fun races, time trials, etc. We will be collecting items for the Humane Society of St Louis. I have attached their wish list. Some of this items you have around the house already (like old newspapers and towels). We will also collect monetary donations (please make checks out to the Humane Society of St. Louis directly). We will not be doing any gift exchanges or anything. I have attached their wish list for you to look through.

Thank you for all you parents do to support our team! It is not possible without you!
