2020 USAS Leadership Workshops

The USA Swimming Women's Leadership opportunities are designed for every level coach to grow both personally and professionally. The structure of the summit or conference changes from event to event, but is sure to leave you feeling recharged in your life and career.

The USA Swimming She LEADS Summits are designed to inspire leadership in our female athletes and build their confidence to achieve success both in and out of the pool. These summits are open to 10th, 11th and 12th grade female swimmers.

The USA Swimming We LEAD Summits are designed to offer all athletes, regardless of gender, the opportunity to learn & grow as a leader. These are open to 10th, 11th and 12th grade swimmers.
